Design Builders Franklin’s Managing Partner, Andrew Fraser, is an experienced businessman. He brings all his knowledge to every project he undertakes for his clients. Andrew’s son Dan is a chip off the block too, a Licensed Building Practitioner who works with Andrew on creating outstanding homes.
