This exciting showhome for Design Builders Canterbury is a bold designer home scaling the heights of excellence. This two-story, four-bedroom home is located in one of Christchurch’s established sought after suburbs with tree-lined streets and contemporary architecture.
We last spoke to Greer and TJ Perenara about building their dream home on their stunning section in Pāuatahanui. They have been working closely with Design Builders to create a home that maximises the site views, creates an environment that is practical for their family and encapsulates the Perenaras personality and taste.

Greer and TJ had been looking for a suitable section for a while, and found it in Pāuatahanui. With the site’s views and its evident potential as a location for a family home, they knew they had found the right place. Now came the matter of finding the right people to help them realise their dream.
